Zero Cloud PII Policy: DeskDoor strictly operates on a local-first paradigm. Personally Identifiable Information (PII)—including candidate full names, dates of birth, identification proofs, educational marksheets, or caste category certificates—is never transmitted to, collected on, or processed by our central servers.
Client-Side Local Processing: All applicant records entered by the business operator are retained locally within the operator's computer storage (IndexedDB) under strict client-side encryption. Data never leaves the physical workstation.
Merchant Account Data: We collect and process only the business operator's registered mobile number and email address strictly for authentication, digital credit ledger bookkeeping, and statutory tax invoicing.
1. Nature of Service: DeskDoor by Ajugnu provides productivity automation software engineered to assist digital service centers in rapidly organizing and entering candidate application data into online forms. We are an independent software provider not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any government recruitment commission, examination board, or statutory authority.
2. Operator Verification Mandate: The business operator remains solely responsible for cross-verifying all automatically populated form entries with original candidate documents prior to final submission on external portals.
3. Account Responsibility: The account holder is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, security PINs, and one-time verification tokens.
Payment Failures & Reconciliation: If an account top-up fails due to gateway interruptions or bank timeout, our automated ledger reconciles transactions with Razorpay every 15 minutes. In the event credits are not reflected within 30 minutes, an automated refund is initiated to the source payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Voluntary Cancellation: Because DeskDoor credits represent consumable digital units delivered immediately upon payment, partially used credit packs cannot be refunded. For unutilized credit packs, cancellation requests submitted within 48 hours of purchase will be refunded back to the original source after standard gateway handling deductions.
